Delivering CIEH Food Hygiene and Health & Safety training for the company staff and learners and the writing of Risk Assessments for the company. I am also the HR Representative being responsible for the writing of the company’s policies and procedures. As an Internal Verifier I verify the Food Processing and Cooking and the Customer Service NVQ portfolios. I gained Direct Claim Status from City & Guilds on the second visit across the hospitality sector.
As a professional trainer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) I have my own registered centre and trainer number. You can find me on the CIEH website in the section for course finder by the name of Aber Training.
I deliver Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, Level 2 award in Health & Safety in the workplace accredited by the CIEH. I also deliver Display Screen Equipment training, Manual Handling and Fire Safety Awareness, Aber Training certificated.
I also undertake Internal Verification for Hospitality NVQ’s City & Guilds.
